Not only do we have problem playing game on Facebook, even when we are doing web design, certain websites do not load properly for us and it makes my client think that our css has got some problem when in fact, it is stupid Singnet's fault.
If not for the fact that Starhub's infrastructure in our office area is not able to support higher speed connection, we would not have used Singnet. As for my residential connection, I am DEFINITELY changing to Starhub once my Mio contract is up.
I have read on various forums that, not only is Singnet's internet speed not up to expectation, the Mio box restarts by itself for no obvious reason and MioTV hangs/lags at frequent interval. This is still tolerable if it's not frequent in a residential setting. However, in a commercial setting, when you are trying to rush a website out for a client, and your internet is trying to screw with you, it really gets on you nerve and waste our time & money.
